There was no service. The room was dirty, the air‑conditioner didn’t work, and there was blood on the beds.

The paint was peeling off the walls, and the door trim was cracked and broken. The room had a bad odor. No staff were present at check‑in or check‑out; I had to ring the buzzer, and when the staff finally arrived they were in pajamas, disheveled, and annoyed at being bothered.

We flew in from NY and the online pictures were a lie; the place looked like a tidy motel suitable for a family with two little kids. When we arrived, people half‑naked were standing outside, clearly not in their right mind, and beer bottles were scattered everywhere. The staff treated my fiancée and me with extreme rudeness, and we decided not to stay because the area itself was also unpleasant.
