The location near Mall Road is good, but parking a car there is a bit tricky; it’s doable if you have a lot of luggage, but it’s somewhat of a hassle.

When we encountered some difficulties during our stay, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us in getting back on track. Their kindness and support made a big difference in our experience, and we appreciated their efforts to make our stay more enjoyable.

I was pleased with the hotel's proximity to the mall road and its cozy, clean atmosphere. However, there was a minor issue with the hot water supply, which wasn't working properly. Fortunately, the hotel staff provided us with hot water through room service, which was a thoughtful gesture.
