“Facilities are good, staff are nice. We had a comfortable stay, although internet and power fluctuates.”

I was thrilled with the room that opens straight onto the pool; the pool itself stayed clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the welcome drink tasted good. They offered a scheduled free shuttle to town and back, which made getting around easy. The whole stay felt very relaxing and enjoyable, especially since it’s close to Lio Beach. On the downside, the Wi‑Fi kept dropping and the power flickered often. It would have been nicer if the room had a full‑length mirror for getting ready.

The staff were friendly, yet the price simply didn’t match what you get – the hotel isn’t bad, just far too cheap for its rating and cost. Breakfast was skimpy and poorly prepared, the bathroom kept failing and even after asking twice the shower was never fixed. They claim a free transfer to the nest and Lio, but only two seats are available and the timetables are terrible. Beware of asking the front desk for private transport; when we did, they quoted us a price based on a figure we supplied – it felt like a scam.

“Keep it up”

Overall, the stay was really good. The staff were welcoming and the welcome drink was a nice touch that put me at ease right away. The room and bed were comfortable and spotless. It was very quiet, so I slept soundly. However, I checked out on July 7 and the security deposit still hasn’t been returned to my account; I hope the hotel can sort that out soon. The area under the lobby couches was visibly dirty, giving the impression that only the visible parts were cleaned. The breakfast price felt steep, so I ate elsewhere instead. I found a place with a great view and many options, and it cost less than the hotel breakfast.

“Pleasant hotel, a bit noisy for no fault of theirs”

The rooms were large and spacious, the staff were welcoming, there were vegetarian options, and the pool and gym were good. The downside was the yard next door full of roosters; their crowing was constant day and night, which was annoying—especially in the family rooms.
