We especially liked the excellent location and the view from our window. The lack of any staff, even for a short period, was noticeable; all communication was online, minimal, and sometimes there was no response. :(

The Goldoni Suite enjoys a remarkable location just two streets from the Arno River, providing the perfect setting to explore the city on foot. We were housed in room number 5, a space with a distinct personality and a more intimate, shaded atmosphere. Although the tall window only offered a discreet, side view of the river, this detail did not affect our stay, as we used the room solely for rest. An extremely successful option for a Florentine stay! We booked a deluxe double room with river view, but what we received did not fully match that description. We reported the issue in a message to the property, but unfortunately received no reply. We didn’t let this detail ruin our holiday and enjoyed our vacation, but we ask the team to be more stringent in verifying the accuracy of the room types offered.

The bidet didn’t work, the cistern seemed to fall apart with the noise it made, they should put a chair so you can get on because the bed is very high and the headboard was iron, quite cold to the touch when you’re sleeping and you touch it.
