Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
We spent two nights at this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect! The establishment is beautiful, the welcome warm, and the staff attentive. We especially enjoyed the pool and the massage, which made the stay even more pleasant and relaxing. It was a true moment of rest and well‑being. We leave delighted and will return with pleasure. A place we recommend without hesitation!

The location, the quiet, the cleanliness, the comfort, the breakfast, the room – all excellent. Nothing negative.

The staff’s welcome and friendliness, the lake view, and the quiet of the property were great. It’s a pity that the suite for four people only had a small two‑seat sofa. The hammam was broken.

They took into account my reviews and told us we were in the most beautiful room of the hotel, 64 m² plus a terrace right facing the lake – a marvel! But not all rooms are like that… If you want to stay well, get a room on the first floor. Bye. As an Italian foodie and connoisseur, I would say the French cuisine could be improved a lot. You might say the hotel isn’t the focus… but that’s not true because the three recommended restaurants are all owned by the hotel. The only disappointment was that! (but it’s not their fault… it’s really the French kitchen that falls short… we’re just too used to it… please forgive all our French friends…!!)

A nice hotel in a good location. We had a room with a fairly well-equipped kitchen. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and good. It’s a shame that for a short stay with a kitchen, there isn’t the basic necessities for cooking such as salt, pepper, oil.
