“Fantastic stay”

Getting there from Kew Gardens was easy, you use a key for the front door to access your room, and I've never seen a bathroom so shiny and clean that you could see your reflection in the chrome; the bed was a large double, very comfortable, and the 4‑poster room had everything you need, though it lacks a full‑length mirror, which is a small issue for ladies.

“What a lucky find!”

I grabbed a quick breakfast one morning—a lovely cup of tea and cake that was delicious! The spot was perfect for my visit to KEW gardens, and the neighborhood quiets down at night so I got a good rest. The small kitchen was perfectly outfitted for my needs, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the mattress, which was uncomfortable, but overall the accommodations were great.

The apartment was lovely and self-contained, with all the amenities I needed, especially the stocked mini-bar and espresso coffee machine. Pubs, a bakery, and shops were all within a 10‑minute walk of the front door, and the Maids of Honour Tearoom was next door if you wanted a cheeky afternoon tea. The flat sits close to the Thames Path route, which we walked, and even closer to Kew Gardens—literally across the road—making it a perfect rest day spot.

“A good stay despite problems. Staff very accommodating and helpful.”

I liked the cute vintage vibe that ran through the whole place, but the large double I booked was actually two singles shoved together, leaving a nasty seam in the middle that made it impossible to sleep. The coffee machine was broken, and I suspect the music in the café below was left on all night, which you could hear the whole time. The key for my room was the same as the front door to the 5 or 6 rooms they have, so I worried that everyone had access to every room.
