Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The room matched the photos perfectly, so nothing unexpected when we got there; everything was clean and tidy, and we had all the amenities we needed. The staff were a real highlight, especially Tom, who was always friendly and ready to help. Everyone we met was kind and easy to talk to, making the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed.

The central spot was super convenient, the room was clean and reasonably priced for what we received, and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The staff really stood out—they were honest, friendly, and very helpful, and they were flexible when we needed to adjust our check‑in. Having 24/7 support was a big plus, especially when we had questions about transport, local spots, or our stay.

The staff at this hotel were amazing; they reached out before we arrived to see if we needed anything for our Hanoi stay. They gave us tips for the famous train street and were always ready for any questions. They also kept our bags while we did the 4‑day Ha Giang loop tour. The room was lovely and spacious with comfy beds, and the location was ideal for seeing local attractions.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They helped us finalize our itinerary and even booked a cheaper tour for us. They were always willing to help and cleaned the room regularly.

The accommodation was in an excellent location, the room was clean, the staff were pleasant and could converse in English, there were two big separate beds, and the room had air‑conditioning.
