Everything was handled by a friendly and pleasant staff, with cleaning every two hours and rooms kept very tidy; I recommend this upscale, luxurious hotel.
I expected all breakfast items to be included; the pool area was lovely, but the hotel is too small for small children, who are noisy even when well-behaved. Breakfast service was slow at peak times, teapots were too small, and the diptyque containers were tiny, making it annoying when they kept dropping onto the shower floor.
