The room was clean, the water hot, pressure good. The pool was unusable. An elevator stopped working. One of the three rooms I rented smelled of sewage. The sink backed up. The toilet seat was broken. One front‑desk person was very rude.

The breakfasts were excellent, the staff at the breakfast counter were very friendly and helpful, and the eating area was spotless; the front desk staff were also welcoming and always greeted us when we entered or exited, and we’ll definitely come back.
