The hotel sits in a prime spot for the old town and the lake, the staff were friendly and kind, and we upgraded our room even though the rooms are already large enough. The breakfast was very repetitive and not exciting, and our room leaked at night; even though the staff were helpful, it was a disruption for us.

The property is amazing, the location is fantastic, and the staff are extremely friendly—especially Jenny, who was so informative and helpful when we arrived, and she also booked our Ninh Binh trip, which was great. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in the Old Quarter in Hanoi.
