Everything was absolutely perfect. The interior pool renovation is taking too long; we were there two months ago and they were still working on it.

The breakfast was great. A surprise sparkling beverage was in the room. The staff were helpful and kind. After the hike, the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing. The sauna area was great. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was under renovation and we weren’t informed at booking, but the jacuzzi was replaced.

The breakfast was fantastic and plentiful, and the wellness area was sophisticated and spacious, with attention to many small details throughout the hotel. This is an exceptionally high‑quality accommodation in every way. We ate divine dinners at Plum Bistro in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Those three days we spent here were very relaxing. In the sauna, the floor was very hot because there is no wooden covering. In our room, the base temperature was set too low for us; raising the temperature manually warms the room slowly, and when we leave it reverts to the base setting, so it’s cold again when we return.

The room was large, the beds comfortable, the bathroom very spacious and well equipped. Towels were provided, the spa area was pleasantly large with a whirlpool, saunas, steam room, and relaxation room. Breakfast was well stocked if you arrive early in the morning. Parking was available. A very good nearby restaurant compensated for the lack of on‑site dining options. Unfortunately, the indoor pool is under renovation and the outdoor pool is unusable due to bad weather. The restaurant was closed, as was the café, so we couldn’t eat there. Breakfast was fine, but if you weren’t there right at eight, there wasn’t much left because it was only refilled slowly or not at all—even when new guests arrived. Even when we asked, there was no bread, no cucumbers/tomatoes, and no fruit left; only the cake was restocked.
