The photos and description didn’t match reality. No one welcomed us. There was no heating, broken windows and shutters, and the room was dirty; the sheets hadn’t been changed and there was a used condom on the bookshelf. The lady I contacted first apologized, blamed the cleaning lady for the mess, and promised a refund of the pre‑payment, but the refund never came and we ended up without accommodation at the last minute.

The room was in a great spot, very spacious and clean. I would suggest adding a bar fridge and moving the TV, because as it stands it’s impossible to see it.
Everything was perfect.

Everything was fine. We would have liked a kettle instead of the American coffee machine; it might have been used to heat water but we couldn’t manage it.
The bathroom in the ground‑floor room is brand new and very spacious, and the owner is kind and attentive.
