The location, enclosed garden—a real plus for my dog, parking, the fact that dogs are allowed, and the room and bathroom were all fine, plus the quiet surroundings, were all great, but the lack of a window to ventilate meant you could only open the door to let in fresh air.

Small room and pleasant bathroom, closed parking, very quiet. The linens and toilet paper were ready, but there were no soaps or toilet paper; they were received at midnight and left.

The setting is rural and hyper‑calm, with a small terrace and parking; the courtyard is closed off so you feel safe. The accommodation is tiny but has the essentials for a few nights, and the host is very available to chat and meet needs. The price matches the lodging and is unbeatable, and the location is convenient for the Circuit du Mans. The bed and pillows could be better—more stable feet and a slightly firmer mattress would help, and the pillows were also lacking. Even for the price it was rough to wake up.

The host was very attentive and responsive; I’m deeply grateful for his availability and flexibility and will gladly return. I highly recommend this bed‑and‑breakfast.

A bed, shower, and kettle—perfect for a short stay. The owner was doing renovations and had workers come at 6:45 am on Saturday to plaster his façade, with over an hour of a 309‑decibel drill in the courtyard early in the morning! We’d have preferred a better welcome.
