“Skønt hotel med en dejlig, central beliggenhed”
The hotel is very well positioned in the centre. The room was large, comfortable, and modern, equipped with all the necessary facilities. It felt very cosy and the whole stay was genuinely pleasant. Overall, a very nice hotel that left me thoroughly satisfied.

Kamer was heel mooi. Ik vond het ontbijt wat minder; de croissants waren nogal hard/eerder oudbakken… dat was het enige minpuntje; de dame in de keuken heeft een overheerlijke omelet gemaakt
“The Right Spot in Central Vienna”
The location is perfect, the staff are friendly, and the room is spacious and absolutely quiet with a comfortable bed and good air‑conditioning. However, instead of a traditional lobby there is only a small gathering area at the end of the entrance hallway, and the building isn’t even marked on the street, making it feel more like an apartment block than a hotel, which is fine for those who want nothing more. My room was sparse, almost barren, lacking a nice armchair, lamp, or any sense of comfort—it felt like a perch. Would I stay again? Yes, the location makes up for everything.

The room size was good and the location was very convenient, close to the subway, centre, and Opera. The lobby area looks very ugly, the room décor isn’t great, and the price is quite high for the level of hotel it is. The bedding is lamentable; I’ve never experienced a situation where the sheet and top quilt couldn’t cover the mattress and couldn’t be adjusted underneath.
