Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
Located in the city centre. On arrival at 16:00 there was a power outage that wasn’t restored until 22:00. The staff did not keep us updated and we were offered no explanation or apology upon departure. I’m especially disappointed by the lack of communication and the indifference to guest satisfaction. The outage was only in this building.

Accommodation was clean, spacious, staff were friendly, parking was in the garage. Breakfast was weak, limited selection.

Everything… this hotel saved my life and I believe we’ll return to room 327 again someday. Nothing – breakfast, room, services, reception, comfort, location… there’s nothing to complain about… thank you.
