At check‑in we paid more than the booking price, even though we covered all facilities, yet the TV in the room was broken and the manager wouldn’t move us to another room; the hotel might be suitable for an unmarried couple.

The AC worked fine, the bed was okay but the bedding needed changing; the bathroom was worse than expected, and when I asked for new bedding they promised to change it but never followed through properly.
