“Horrible experience as a foreign tourist. Do not go here at all”
Not much, only the location as it was quite and not too much tourism. Staff were not that helpful, I think they did not deal with foreign tourists that much, did not smile. Only had one key card for room which activated all power even the fridge so if you left room the fridge went off and food spoiled. Went to ask for extra key card so we could keep fridge on when we were out and the did give us one but had to argue for it as we had a small child that drank fresh milk. Place needed a lot of maintenance, very outdated. Pool was closed from 5.30pm every day. Not happy about that at all due to the heat of the day, pool needed to be open until at least 7pm. Did not have pool towels had to use room towels, which we did but other guests didn’t use towels at all which resulted in wet lobby floors and elevators which made it very slippery and dangerous to walk on. Went to pay for stay with credit card and the staff member who was operating the credit card machine kept pulling the card out before it would authorize so they really didn’t want us to pay with credit card. All up a pretty bad experience for a foreign tourist. Would not recommend at all, and I will never be going back there again
