This family-run hotel is 30 minutes' drive from Padua and Venice, with frequent buses stopping outside. Air-conditioned rooms feature satellite TV, private bathrooms, and free internet access in the lobby. A varied breakfast buffet and tourist advice are available.

The stay turned out to be one of the worst I’ve experienced. The hotel is tiny and the building feels like a basic family-run place with no elevator, so getting to the first‑floor rooms means climbing several levels and stairs—definitely not suitable for elderly guests, people with disabilities, or anyone with limited mobility. Parking is cramped, only a few cars fit, and you have to hand your key to reception so staff can move cars when others need to retrieve theirs; nearby parking is paid and the hotel garage shuts at midnight. The room keys are still physical, not electronic, and housekeeping is only available from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On the bright side, the hotel sits nicely by the river with cafés, restaurants, and a bus stop close by. A big shout‑out to Ahmed, the Egyptian staff member, and Cesare for their kindness and helpfulness, which were the only redeeming parts of an otherwise difficult stay.

The paid parking nearby (the hotel’s internal parking space is limited), the air conditioning, a fantastic Neapolitan pizzeria just a few meters away, and the courteous reception staff.
