The place was spotless and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful; plus, it’s conveniently close to the bus stop, the nature park, and Monster Village. The only downside was that some of the games in the games room were broken and could use replacements.

The hotel sits right next to the Xitou Nature Education Area, so you can walk there, and the breakfast is abundant—after a hearty meal, heading out for a hike is a real treat.

The garden‑style breakfast area feels very comfortable. During breakfast, when the child asked the bread‑restocking attendant (the one handling the breakfast rolls) about missing toilet paper, the staff went about their own business and didn’t tell the child that they would come back later to fix it, leaving the child to linger nearby until we returned to our spot. If a parent were there, would you consider that level of service acceptable?
