The hotel is close to the cable car and major attractions, and walking to the old town is easy; the Swiss‑style room was comfortable with plenty of storage, but there was no boiling water, no A/C, no slippers, and no laundry bag.

The staff were friendly, the location was excellent, the room was clean and warm, and the breakfast was tasty. No complaints.
