The staff were kind, nothing more to say. The villa was completely shabby and low quality; everything was inferior and even worse than expected, especially the owners who seem to be “Chinese” and don’t maintain anything to meet even a basic standard. I’m disappointed and won’t return for sure. The villa doesn’t even deserve the “average” label: there are holes in the roof patio so it rains even under the patio, the pool is noisy and doesn’t filter the water, the door wouldn’t close when we arrived, and overall there’s no quality control—this is not worth the price at all. It’s sad and misleading to list this supposedly star‑rated villa on Booking; I don’t understand it.
