The conditions were unbearable; the air‑conditioner button was almost falling off, the room was a chaos of insects, the sheets were dirty, the shower didn’t work, there was no shampoo or toilet paper, and we were charged 40€ per night even though we paid 60€. It was a horrible experience that I would never repeat. I didn’t like anything about the hotel; it was split into two parts and we weren’t told about the eco section until after payment, so we ended up in a dirty room with a filthy bathroom and no small or dinner options, feeling like a prison cell. Please respond quickly and let me know if a refund is possible, because this is unacceptable.
