The service was very friendly, the house is very pretty, and it’s close to the boardwalk.

A large room and well-maintained common areas despite the old building, the hotel is comfortable and affordable, but the useless TV bothered me a lot, there are no food options at night, the TV had no signal and the internet had no enabled apps, a huge mistake.

I liked that the place is colonial and sits close to Parque de los Novios, but the block already has street people. It’s understandable that an open patio brings constant dust, yet the housekeeping staff could do a better job; the sink and bathtub need more thorough cleaning. I’m not sure if they were fleas or mosquitoes, but they bit me alive. One front‑desk lady didn’t tell me anything about breakfast and claimed that the second floor had no Wi‑Fi, which later turned out to be false.
