The ambience was good, but the parking space was lacking.

The room was well equipped, had a terrace, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and the interior courtyard was pretty. The hotel offered bike rentals, and there were restaurants and cafés nearby. We used the place as a base for trips to Cobá and Chichen Itza, which were easily reachable by car. The breakfast wasn’t as plentiful as at other hotels, there were half‑finished dishes, but parking was available in front of the hotel.

Everything was perfect, thanks to Miguel who is really very kind and does his job extremely well.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and friendly at a fair price. Breakfast could have been more generous, and there isn't much to do within walking distance.
