The building is very central, the owner is very kind and helpful. The only thing I’d improve is cleanliness: there was a lot of dust on baseboards and some stains on the bathroom walls that weren’t very distinct. I’d also suggest putting up a sign or a placard to indicate the presence of the property, because it’s a bit hard to spot at first glance.

The apartment sits in a superb location, close to the port and very quiet. We arrived smoothly thanks to a very helpful host who guided us into the unit, and the nearby parking was convenient; we could drop our car and take the shuttle to Portofino.
