The available space, plus the room, toilet and large bathroom, a lounge with armchairs, a dining table, and a big kitchen, all in a quiet neighbourhood well served by tram and bus. The shower had a glitch, and other guests kept chatting loudly in the bathroom after 23:00, oblivious to the noise.

The common areas, the room, décor and layout were good. There were problems with dishes and everyday logistics like the trash can and toilet paper.

Overall it was decent, quiet and clean. It felt a bit out of line, the Wi‑Fi was weak and spotty, and the plastic on the mattress under the sheet was unpleasant.
