Villacidro is a great launchpad for exploring southwestern Sardinia: Cagliari, Oristano, and the amazing beaches of Scivu and Piscinas are about an hour by car. The room is spacious and welcoming, featuring a living area and a small vestibule. The living area has a fridge, an espresso machine, and everything you need for breakfast. The mattress is very comfortable. The bathroom is well ventilated and dehumidified, and in the morning you'll always find dry towels. In summer, coolness is guaranteed by two air‑conditioners, or for those who prefer natural ventilation, by a balcony and large windows. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. You can find parking for an hour or overnight (20:00‑08:00) a few steps from the town hall (for example, about 50 m in Piazza XX Settembre or Piazza Frontera). At 600 m, on Via Rio Fluminera, there’s a large parking lot where a spot is always available and there’s no time limit except that Wednesday mornings are reserved for the local market. Two restaurants (Zurito and Da Giovanna e Vittorio) are about 300 m away and another, La Taverna Romana, (in my opinion the best) is just over a kilometre away.

“Immer wieder”

Wonderful accommodation with a large bedroom, living room, and ultra‑modern bathroom. Everything is very tidy and the host is extremely helpful and friendly. Will visit again.
