Clean, well‑managed, good location. I didn’t get the room I booked— I paid for a sea view but received a room overlooking an inner courtyard. I understand it was a mistake, but you really must verify the room you actually get!!!
They didn’t welcome our pets, which was disappointing. The Huankarute hotel staff were very kind, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

The Huanchaco location is fantastic! We were welcomed warmly into an absolutely clean, spacious room. I loved the vintage vibe of this well‑aged hotel and the terrace right in front of the sea is superb. You can surf across the street, and the bakery next door plus a surf shop around the corner are great extras.
The bed was very good. Excellent location. Service was very good. The shower was cold and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.
