They claimed breakfast was not available on the property and were unaware that we had paid for it; after arguing they ended up buying breakfast from outside, which was pathetic and watery. When we asked for mineral water, they offered tap water in a used bottle and said it wasn’t available. The owner showed no consideration for guest comfort, only taking money and never asking for feedback. The hotel could be better because it was very dirty.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the sofa cozy, but there was no toilet paper even after repeated requests. Wi‑Fi was unreliable, there was no room service, nobody emptied the full dustbin, and daily cleaning was absent. Staff repeatedly asked when we would check out even though we had no outstanding payment, which was unpleasant.

The location was the only positive; everything else was bad. I wouldn’t recommend The Bunglo (Villa). The advertised amenities were missing, room service was promised but never delivered, cleanliness was zero, and we had to ask for toiletries. The price listed for booking was misleading; you could get a better option at the same cost. It was uncomfortable for a family stay and the worst experience ever.
