The staff were very friendly and everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed, so I probably won’t return or will only visit rarely since I usually travel with my dog.

The apartment was nice and spacious, suitable for a longer stay.

The breakfast was very good but a bit overpriced; I had a nice, quiet room on the first floor and didn’t hear much from the neighbours. The location is convenient for my purposes, and the underground parking had plenty of space, though the entrance was tricky, especially when pulling out because of a very tight curve. The price of 12 € is moderate compared to other hotels. The only issue was the somewhat intrusive familiarity from the staff, but that’s probably a rule.

The overall package—great location, parking garage nearby, well‑equipped rooms, very quiet, excellent breakfast, and especially the staff—makes it my favourite hotel in Berlin. I could only stay for one night this time.
