The hotel did what it needed to do. Getting in was easy, and the location is great.

I had a terrible experience here. I arrived and wanted a shower, but none worked; I called a staff member who promised a follow‑up that never came, so I couldn't shower all weekend. The noise downstairs was excessive, and someone even forced the main door open because they couldn't get in. To top it off, a fire alarm triggered early in the morning for no reason, and it took a long time for someone to turn it off. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, especially Derek, a fantastic bloke who assisted my daughter and me with everything; the hotel is fantastic and sits very close to Blackpool Tower and the beach, so I’ll definitely be back.

Management was the best, and Derek was the man; however, some improvements are still needed.
