There was no staff or housekeeping, and “guests” were smoking weed outside; the place seemed aimed at low‑rent residents, not at people who just want a clean, safe spot for a night or two, so I left at 7:20 after the first night and the refund request was denied. I wasn’t expecting the smell, which is understandable for a long‑term stay setup, but the entire third floor smelled of grease and was unsuitable for overnight stays.
