The hostess was super friendly, and the breakfast was clever – you could pick what you wanted a day ahead from a list and decide if you wanted it in the room or on the terrace. The pool was a highlight, perfect for lounging in the sun. Wish they’d add an air‑con to the room, though.
Bénédicte was incredibly helpful, flexible, and friendly. The location is super quiet, and the breakfast was tasty and complete. The TV, however, is a bit grainy because of the streaming card.

Nice building set in a big garden, parking inside the gate, clean, comfy, and quiet. The hostess was great and very accommodating. It’s easy to get there and close to the Waterloo battlefield, but the entrance directions are a bit confusing.

Surprisingly nice spot with a beautiful building and a private entrance straight to your room. The fenced garden has plenty of parking. The reception was welcoming and the breakfast in the room was solid.

A lovely find in one of the best estates in BW. The welcome was warm and upscale, the room was great, and the whole property is stunning. Breakfast quality was top notch.
