The location, breakfast, friendly hotel, cleanliness, and pleasant staff were all positive, and I have no complaints.

The place is terrible; the entire hotel, including the rooms, is covered in white leather, even the walls, and there is a very strong, unpleasant leather smell everywhere; the air conditioning wasn’t working, so we left almost immediately and never stayed, yet they refuse to refund our money, and I definitely do not recommend this place.

“Andato tutto benissimo.”

The spot is super convenient for getting to the Cannes nautical fair and the city center. The room was incredibly comfortable and lovely, modern and spotless.

“Exceptional”

The reception staff were amazing—friendly and accommodating. I spent a lot of time there because my flight landed early and I didn’t check in until 4 pm, yet they let me use the facilities, charge my phone, offer fresh filtered water, and even stored my luggage. The rooms were clean, the shower was separate from the toilet which I liked, and there was a chair by the mirror that was a bit low but still usable. The rooms were fairly large, and the hotel sits right next to the town center with cafés, shops, and everything you need, plus a police station just next door. The only downside was that check‑in could start earlier; most hotels open at 2 pm, so a system where the room is ready but the cleaners don’t enter until the lights are off would be better—just a technical tweak. The cleaners were lovely.
