The air‑conditioned room was spacious and spotless, and the staff helped out by arranging dinner and breakfast, though we had to pay cash because the hotel’s restaurant was closed and meals couldn’t be added to the room bill. We ran into issues with some of our international credit cards, received only one towel, and the onsite restaurant was shut. The driver for the complimentary airport shuttle was on holiday, so they booked a taxi that cost us 2,200 Rupees because the driver couldn’t handle cards.
