The night‑shift receptionist was a real pain—unfriendly, rude, and just plain unpleasant. Even though breakfast started at 7:30 am, we had to leave by 7:00 am and he wouldn’t offer us a free coffee before we checked out. That guy needs to be replaced; he scares off guests. On the bright side, the morning receptionist was friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Breakfast was decent, but the hotel’s location on a busy intersection made for a noisy stay. There’s no soundproofing, and the building was under construction, which added to the clatter. In winter, a thin blanket of insulation just isn’t enough.

The breakfast offered a nice variety and good quality, but the hotel’s spot on the main street meant constant traffic noise from cars, motorcycles, and trucks. The strong scent of air fresheners was a problem for anyone with allergies.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was solid, but we ran into a mess with the room assignments. We booked a double room for us and another for our son and daughter‑in‑law, but the staff told us each room was for one person. After a bit of back‑and‑forth, it got sorted, but the reception staff were far from friendly. The rooms were too open for a couple, the AC was noisy, and the door locks were broken—only the key worked.
