The staff were amazing and super friendly, the facilities are very pretty, the location is excellent, and they’ll help you rent a scooter if you need one.

Everything was amazing like other people wrote before! The place is 5min walking from an amazing snorkeling spot. Turtles, millions of sardines, and zero people there before 8am, also no fees (the entry is from Cebu Fun Divers resort)! So I extended my stay for 1 more week for this reason😀

It’s a chill place and the guys working there are nice, but the lady boss is VERY BAD. The air conditioning is off during the day, something I’ve never seen on any of my trips in Asia. The electrical outlets don’t work with European plugs and there’s no solution offered. The owner is terribly annoying, constantly asking what you’re doing and why, making you feel restricted. If you don’t book a tour with her she’ll question you; if you’re not sleeping there one night she’ll ask where you’ve been. I stayed one night, then returned the next day with two friends who were still sleeping there. I asked to leave my bags somewhere in the hostel for a few hours while we explored Moalboal together, but the owner said no! I wasn’t even allowed to go inside to call my friend and tell him I couldn’t leave my bags for a few hours.
