“Gutes Hotel, eigentlich immer gerne - dieses Mal enttäuschend”
The breakfast was top‑class, and the hotel is easy to reach by car or on foot from the city. The restaurant/bar staff were very friendly; I’ve been here several times and usually recommend it, but this time I was a bit disappointed. The room had a strong cigarette smell and was not clean in some areas – see photos. The staff that day weren’t very motivated to help; their German was very poor – someone will come to clean tomorrow. We stayed only one night, booked 3 hours before arrival, and paid almost €200 per night.
