Tenuta Agricola dell'Uccellina is nestled in Tuscany's Maremma Nature Reserve, surrounded by woods and countryside 5 km from the sea. The hotel offers rooms, suites, and apartments, a restaurant serving homemade specialties with locally sourced ingredients, a children's play area, and beginner horse riding lessons. It is 20 minutes from Grossetto, between Florence and Rome.

Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The surroundings were nice, but the apartments were either a 10‑minute drive or 15‑20 minutes walking through vineyards, which was impossible when it got dark. We were asked if we wanted dinner at 18:30, we said yes, but when we got there we had to wait over a theatre and nothing happened for 15 minutes. In the end we drove out to the city and ate.

A beautiful building surrounded by greenery, with breakfast and dinner available, and trails leading to Parco dell’Uccellina. There are horses, cows, and other farm animals, and it’s a 10‑minute drive to the gorgeous Osa beach.

The staff were available, though there were too few people for a place that large in my opinion; the lovely lawn around the apartments, the option to dine on outdoor tables, the soccer‑style doors for the kids, and the private cove were all nice. The evening windstorms were a nuisance, but that’s part of being in nature among the fields. The absence of air conditioning was the biggest drawback, and it would be nice to have a few simple lounge chairs. Wooden tables needed adjustment, ants were on the kitchen shelf, and the price for a trip to the private cove seemed high at 10€/person for a round‑trip. The property could do much more with some modernization and renovation.
