When we got there, the place was a total mess—dirty rooms, clogged toilets, and water that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The photos were a lie, and we felt totally scammed. I tried to cancel that same day, but the host wouldn't talk. I filed a dispute with my bank, and it's still pending; the host already got the money, and I'm stuck hoping for a refund.

The host barely answered any messages, leaving me hanging. The place didn't match the photos or description at all—everything was dirty and in disarray. I had a headache just trying to settle in, and the host had already rented the whole house to someone else but still tried to book me, acting in bad faith.
