The room was very comfortable, but as soon as we arrived the elevators broke and we had to wait about 20 minutes before we could bring our luggage up to the room.

Our room was very comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the hotel every morning; the nearby restaurants and gathering spaces were also a highlight. The location was ideal, close to everything, and the facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and we plan to stay there again when we visit Fort Lauderdale. The only issue was that check‑in began at 4 PM, which was too late for us because we had an event before five; we arrived around two and had to wait two hours to get into our room, and that is my only complaint.
