It’s disgusting and unbelievable that customers aren’t warned this is basically a squat; I was lucky to get in because I booked before reviews appeared, and the numerous reviews I only saw too late should have forced a moral obligation to inform guests. The police in England should shut this operation down; it’s horrible for both reputations, as trustworthy as a solitary confinement prison in Siberia.

I think as I experienced the cozy house is a scam ,I booked the cozy house on booking .com on line ,went to the address ,no one open the door, few hours later some one got out of the house ,I asked him I have reservation here ,he said I didnt know this house is on booking .com ,as he said there is people living here ,but I coud see the doors of the rooms with coded door handles ,that mean the rooms are registered on booking .com ,I used my code given on one of the handles ,I open dhe door, but someone was living i side long time . I try to contact the owner emailing and ringing ,no answer,after all this i left the address went to city centre and booked at city hotel in centre of Luton. I tried to contact booking .com but I couldn't because I didnt have english number because I live in dublin ,next day I got my cousin s phone ,I contacted booking. Com ,they told me is too late now ,so I lost my money ,I was stressed, and devastated. Booking. Com in now without choice but to book with them for accommodation, but if I had choice I wouldn't piss on booking. Com website for booking . Dont relay on booking .com please, you end up loosing your money and on the street

This property is a fraud: I arrived and met three other people who had booked, but no one was there or had check‑in details; tenants in the house confirmed the property is not for bookings, and I still haven’t received my refund as I write this.

It’s a scam; I arrived at the property and the woman opened the door saying, “Oh no, this isn’t booked; it’s the second place that happened.”
