Do not pay extra for this place. We were heading to Thasos for the sea and, because of a sudden decision, I couldn’t find another spot. I have never seen such a rough, greedy shopkeeper. He runs a grocery store that is ridiculously expensive, and you can’t even buy water there. The photos show a bright room, but that’s not the case; when the door closes it’s pitch‑black with two tiny windows looking into a slum. Across the street they put a sign with the name and two plastic chairs under a canopy, but they didn’t give us a canopy to hang on, and they kept asking if it was good every day. Still, to avoid looking like a fool, I bought something from the shop 🤣. When I went to return the key at the exit, the owner inspected the room with a squeaky sound, waved his hand at me because we hadn’t folded the bed, and when he saw the trash bag he went crazy and cursed. I swept the front of the door and the interior, removed the dust, but they didn’t even change the towel. They waved us away like a passenger 🤣. Hopefully the next customer will see what we experienced.
