Stefy’s terrace apartment is a bright flat in the heart of Rome’s Acilia neighborhood, just steps from Mare Metro and well connected to the city center and Ostia beach. The apartment, freshly renovated, is spotless and fully equipped: a spacious kitchen with microwave, kettle, fridge, espresso machine with pods, gas stove with exhaust, table and chairs; a large, well‑ventilated bathroom with a comfortable shower; an airy bedroom with essential furnishings, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a double bed with a comfy mattress and pillows, a large wall‑mounted TV, two bedside tables, heating and both hot and cold air conditioning, plus heating in all rooms. Every double‑glazed, noise‑reducing window faces a large terrace with a table, benches, and a laundry corner. Free Wi‑Fi is available. Stefania is friendly, kind, helpful, and thought of everything—great job. The value for money is excellent. Highly recommended. No criticisms.

The bed was extremely hard, the whole room smelled strongly of garlic even at night, the bathroom tile was broken, the stove never lit up, and the room stayed very cold even though the host claimed the heating was on.
