Located 3 km from Mora's town centre, Mora Life, Åmåsängsgården offers 150-metre lake views of Lake Siljan. Cosy cottages feature private patios, free private parking, and WiFi. Units with kitchens or kitchenettes are available, as well as shared kitchen access. The on-site restaurant serves seasonal menus, and a sandy kid-friendly beach is 150 metres away. A sauna and boules court are also on-site.

The setting is lovely with a green lake, but the cabin was tiny and uncomfortable – you could barely move, had to store luggage downstairs and the little kitchen left almost no room to work. The fridge didn’t work. It was clean, but everything felt very old, especially the cabin itself. We didn’t love it, but it was what it was. The “bed” was more like a cot, which seems cheap for €90 per night for two people; better furniture and at least a functional fridge, even outside on the porch, would have been nice. On the plus side, the staff were friendly, attentive upon arrival and the directions were clear.
