Two staff members, a young man and a young woman, were outstanding—Mr Edmilson works the night shift and Mithaline works the day shift, and both deserve applause; I will reward them soon, as they welcomed my family and me; however, the hotel allows smokers, and I detected several cigarette smells throughout the premises, which is unacceptable; the management should be more vigilant instead of merely calling clients, as they seem unaware of basic hospitality etiquette; instead of focusing on client mistakes, they need to improve cleaning, especially on doors and other areas I noticed; they should enforce a no‑smoking policy to avoid disturbing families; the management needs to learn better communication skills and improve overall service, or consider replacing staff who cannot even speak to guests properly; my family and I will not return to this hotel because of the poor management etiquette, and I am disappointed—thank you.

“Recepcionista educado e local sem qualidade”

The room was a real nightmare: walls were moldy, a strong odor lingered, and a huge cock was crawling around. The toilet smelled like sewage, its lid was loose and almost falling off, and the shower tap was taped with electrical tape, giving off a clear lack of upkeep. The only bright spot was the receptionist’s politeness.
