“Centrally located, decent and affordable. Could use refresh carpets and interior decor.”

The location was nice, but the beds felt very uncomfortable and a smoke smell lingered throughout the hotel.

“Run as fast as you can and do not bring your bags in!!”

I was grateful when the manager refunded my money, but the delay was ridiculous. Arriving at 10 pm, it was dark and I had to clean the bathroom floor myself after the front‑desk lady handed me a cleaner and rag; I told her that after I cleaned the floor I found pee on the back of the toilet. That night my son and I were attacked by bugs, waking up itching all night and the next day. I called the hotel to clean the room, but they said they'd clean it sometime that day without giving a time. I had to return to the hotel and wait until around 10 am, then again until 12 pm for someone to clean. I decided to inspect the room further and check reviews.com, where I read that someone had reported bed bugs. While going downstairs I saw housekeeping pass my room and clean other rooms. I asked to speak with a manager, but none of the other staff helped. The manager tried to move me to another room, but I declined and said I just wanted my money back. It was a nightmare.

“Other than that it was comfortable”

The hotel was clean and close to plenty of stores, but I didn't like the shower and the towel had a smell.
