The building is in the city center, very convenient for walking, the room is nice, tastefully furnished, and the bed is comfortable. Entry is from a street through a door that opens into a hot, poorly lit, damp vestibule with uncomfortable stairs, and there is no elevator. The room has a tiny mini‑fridge that is too small, inadequate for volume, and doesn’t cool. We stayed during particularly hot days; the air‑conditioning works well but shuts off every time we leave the room (even with the windows closed).
