“Staff members was very friendly and welcoming”
The food was very nice, and the place itself was perfect.

The outdoor area was clean, but the pool was not entirely clean.
We expected a different experience. When we arrived, the exterior of the property looked depressing and unwelcoming. The manager, Busi, greeted us as if we were job seekers, saying, “Hello, are you Rendani? Please sign here,” instead of a proper welcome. She then escorted us to a dirty room near the kitchen, which was not what we had booked and had an unnecessary extra bed. When we asked to have it removed, she became upset and explained why she couldn’t. We had booked based on the pictures we saw, and the room we received was not advertised. Rather than resolve the issue or offer an alternative, Busi suggested we cancel and get a refund. I mentioned I had stayed at another house in the estate before, and the level of hospitality was 0%. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected or paid for; we wanted a welcoming, clean, peaceful, professional environment, but that was not provided.
