The staff are exceptionally friendly and the hotel and its facilities are top‑class—nothing to complain about there. However, the mandatory high‑speed internet fee and resort charge ruin that positive vibe, and to make matters worse the hotel keeps re‑authorizing the entire bill daily on the credit card. In my case, from Thursday to Sunday the amount was $1638, and on Saturday another $1638 and on Sunday another $1638 were taken from the card. I now have to fight for a refund of the triple charge, which has nothing to do with my Visa card. We travel worldwide and stay in hotels almost every day, but I haven’t seen anything like this in a long time.

The rooms were clean and the amenities were nice, but the food cost was outrageously high. We didn’t receive everything we ordered and the quality was poor.

The place is clean and the décor is great, but Starbucks is located far away.

The bed was good, but the pool was filthy, the staff were rude, towels were dirty everywhere, and the elevators smelled like weed both days we stayed—disgusting.
